I'm Tarnia

After 40+ years on shop floors, in back rooms, boardrooms and buying rooms, fixing real-world retail messes, I’ve developed an instinct in knowing what’s quietly getting in the way.

The kind of things that don’t show up in spreadsheets, but absolutely show up in results.

I look at the real stuff.
Your product. Your packaging. Your pricing. Your store, Your operations, and setups.

My job is to pull the curtain back, cut through the jargon, and show you what’s actually going on,  so you can stop guessing and start making decisions that make sense.
