- Cancellations: You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Missed sessions will be non-refundable.
- Rebooking: I will accept 2 reschedules, 3rd reschedule will result in a cancelled appointment.
- Refunds: No refunds once the session is booked—this ensures we both commit to making the most of our time.
- No-Show Policy: If you don’t turn up for your session, it will be forfeited without a refund, but I will still send through what I've done.
- Preparation: To get the best value, fill out your worksheet and return to me before our call—this helps us hit the ground running!
